Email support@promptfyapp.com with the feature involved, your device and browser or app version, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

For MCP tasks that process local audio or video, keep PromptFy open in the browser containing your media. You can manage and disconnect AI assistants in the MCP tab or Account.

For privacy requests or account data questions, use the same support address. Our Privacy Policy and Terms explain how the service handles your information.
