Report a problem or suggest an improvement in PromptFy

How the tool works

Account → Support adds native forms to report a problem or suggest an improvement. Describe it, optionally add an image and a reply email, and send without an email app. The form explains the included version and device diagnostics; it does not automatically collect your script, audio, or video. A successful submission returns a reference.

Build it step by step

Choose Report a problem for unexpected behavior or Suggest an improvement for a change you would find useful. Describe one main issue per submission.

• State the screen or tool involved and the action you were trying to complete.
• For a bug, explain the steps, what happened, and what you expected instead.
• For an improvement, describe the task it would help and why the existing flow does not meet that need.
• Optionally attach one useful image and provide a reply email if you want to be reachable.
• Send once and wait for the success reference or the retry guidance shown by the form.

An example to adapt

Illustrative report: “In the caption editor, I change a phrase and return to the preview. I expected the corrected word, but the old word is still visible.” Add the actions that reproduce the problem and an image showing the affected phrase.

Illustrative suggestion: explain why a particular control would help you complete a repeated editing task. A concrete workflow gives the team more useful context than a general request to make everything faster.

Check before finishing

The image is optional and limited to 5 MB as shown in the interface. The form explains attached version and device diagnostics; it does not automatically collect script, audio, or video. Failed sends preserve the draft for a manual retry, but unsent drafts do not survive an app relaunch.
